Day 1: Coach as a Partner Day 1 centers the “Coach as a Partner” with a focus on refining coaching roles & responsibilities, as well as creating habits to set the year up for success through impactful coaching practices. | |||
Day 2: Coach as Collaborator Day 2 centers the “Coach as a Collaborator” with a focus on communicating effectively, designing adaptable coaching cycles, and providing feedback for coaching teachers through common roadblocks to effective teaching. | |||
Day 3: Coach as Change Agent Day 3 centers the “Coach as a Change Agent” to leverage and facilitate campus cultures of connection, learning, and growth. | |||
