Sarah Brown is a versatile and creative professional who has built a vibrant career spanning over 11 years in education, photography, and graphic design. With a deep-seated passion for both art and education, Sarah is excited about opportunities that allow her to integrate these fields in innovative ways.

When she's not practicing trust falls or running marathons, Jennifer is working closely with our partners at Edugence to develop crucial management tools for the LPAC and RTI processes. She can connect you to the products and services you need to best serve your students and provide excellent training and support.

Justin serves the Data Solutions team as a technical consultant by providing a link between instructional practices and technical engineering. He has served as a technology coach, instructional coach, curriculum writer, teacher and enjoys a fascination with information technology design. He is here to help fix technology when things go awry and provide solutions to optimize your team's data solutions needs.

With over 27 years of experience working in education - 16 of those years here at Region 10 - Margarita has all the answers. She handles the Data Solutions department's bookkeeping and helps keep the whole team moving. Margarita loves seeing the results our service provides our Region 10 LEAs.

With over 18 years in education, Joshua is a dedicated and innovative education professional with extensive experience in curriculum development, instructional coaching, and leadership within an educational environment. He excels in creating collaborative environments that foster personal and professional growth. Joshua’s expertise in integrating technology into curriculum, analyzing data, providing targeted staff development, and addressing assessment needs has significantly enhanced instructional outcomes and district-wide educational practices.

Cinthia has over 6 years of previous experience in the field of education, and as an administrative assistant at Region 10, Cinthia is always working to ensure that every detail is attended to and every task is executed seamlessly. She wholeheartedly supports our mission to deliver the best services to the educational community of Region 10.  She is confident in our collective ability to make a meaningful impact and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Ciane joins the Data Solutions team with over 27 years of educational experience in various roles, including technology integration specialist and STEM coordinator. She is dedicated to enhancing education through data-driven strategies, instructional expertise, and technology skills. Ciane aims to ensure exceptional learning opportunities for every student by leveraging data to boost achievement and empowering educators through technology integration and inclusivity. She can assist with assessment needs and developing data-driven strategies to enhance student achievement.

With over 20 years of public education experience, Amber has worked in a variety of campus, district, and ESC leadership roles supporting educator growth. She is passionate about professional learning and loves to collaborate with teams to solve challenging problems. Amber can help your LEA find solutions, purchase, and support your educational technology needs.

Pennie joins the data solutions team with over 25 years of experience in public education.  Prior to joining our team, she has experience as an instructional coach, curriculum coordinator, and assistant principal.  Her favorite subject area is math,  and she loves watching students learn and develop new skills.  Pennie is excited to partner with your LEA to assist with assessment development and data-driven solutions.

Patrick has served Region 10 for over 20 years. He currently creates graphics for the TEKSbank item bank and serves as an Application Support Specialist. He serves our LEAs by providing excellent product support for our data management system partners, Eduphoria and Edugence. He is available to you via phone or email Monday - Friday.

Kathy has dedicated over 20 years to the field of education, teaching mathematics across a wide range of levels, from grade 6 to college. Her extensive experience in the classroom has been complemented by her recent role in assessment and accountability, where she focused on state assessments and school accountability. Currently, Kathy leverages her expertise as a consultant at Region 10 to support districts using Qualtrics and Edugence.

Clint has worked in cooperative purchasing for over 10 years. He provides best-in-class contracts for Region 10's EdTech and Equalis cooperative members and provides support for those groups. He can assist with any contract or documentation questions as well as general questions about cooperatives or public purchasing.

Cody has over 15 years of experience in the field. He has held a variety of roles within the education system, including principal, assistant principal, and teacher/coach at the secondary level, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by educators at all levels. Cody is committed to positively impacting students' lives and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current role. He is known for his innovative ideas and ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders in the education community.

With over 20 years of experience in education, Alison has served as a classroom teacher, GT teacher, academic coach, seminar leader, school librarian, and digital learning instructional specialist. She has a passion for process improvement, streamlining workflow, and enhancing communication within educational settings. Alison can support you in finding ways to utilize assessments to track and improve student performance.

With over 20 years of experience in education, Jennifer brings expertise to her role as an Application Support Specialist. Beginning her career at Region 3 ESC, she now leverages her background to support our LEAs and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service for our data management system partners, Eduphoria and Edugence. Passionate and committed, she ensures clients receive the timely support they need via phone or email, Monday through Friday.

Courtney serves as the Assistant Director for TEKSbank. With a background in curriculum, assessment, and coaching, she can help your district design system-wide assessment plans, implement TEKSbank, and provide training and consultation for your data management system. She's served at Region 10 for over five years and loves the opportunity to work with admin teams, PLCs, and supporting student success!

With over 14 years of experience in public education as a teacher and campus administrator, Paige brings a strong background in coaching teachers and a deep passion for student growth. She has expertise in leveraging analytics to enhance educational outcomes. Paige is excited to use her skills to assist LEAs in boosting teaching effectiveness and empowering educators to make informed decisions that positively impact student development.

With over 25 years in public education and edtech, Michelle expertly blends her former roles as an educator, partnership manager, and implementation specialist. She focuses on identifying district needs, developing effective processes, and implementing tailored educational technology solutions. Her passion lies in driving growth and improvement for schools and cooperative partners.
