AEL is the co-requisite for the Texas-Teacher Evaluation Support System ( T-TESS) and the Texas-Principal Evaluation Support System (T-PESS)  the new evaluation systems that have replaced ILD/PDAS.  Administrators who have an ILD certification WILL NOT be required to take AEL.

If you are not a current administrator/appraiser with a Region 10 District/Charter or Private School that has purchased the Region 10 Supervision & Leadership Development Package, the cost of AEL is $450 (Training + Certificate Fee) payable by a district/charter or private school purchase order, Master Card, or Visa due when registering.
