Region 10 acts as the fiscal agent for Shared Service Arrangements (SSA) members. The Office of Federal Programs manages the following SSA grants:

  • Title I, A Improving Basic Programs

  • Title I, C Migrant Education Program

  • Title II, A

  • Title III, ELA

  • Title III, Immigrant

  • Title IV, Student Support and Academic Enrichment 

As the fiscal agent of a SSA, Region 10 submits grant applications, compliance reports, financial reports, and all other required documentation to the TEA.
