Manage and collaborate with TEA, ESC, and LEA to design school systems and implement effective systems level change.
- Collaborate with LEA leadership to enhance team knowledge and skills using a fidelity of implementation rubric.
- Organize and deliver professional development for LEA leadership, focusing on Inclusion, MTSS, and integrating Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL), Effective Schools Framework (ESF), Effective Districts Framework (EDF), High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM), Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL), and other TEA initiatives.
- Apply collaborative problem-solving methods like Design Thinking, 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX), and executive systems coaching to achieve program goals.
