Support LEAs district leadership to understand, design, and implement systems change that integrate supports and resources into new and existing systems within the LEA.
- Assist LEAs with Inclusion or MTSS systems-level change by providing executive coaching and continuous improvement support.
- Co-facilitate meetings with LEA teams, guiding them through state analysis, strategic planning, goal setting, and implementation.
- Use data and LEA feedback to develop a systems change plan focused on sustainability, problem identification, and internal accountability.
