Overview: Special Education ESC Liaisons support special education leadership in the analysis of data for special education programming including evaluation, student achievement, monitoring, funding, and staffing.  Liaisons can support LEAs with special education program evaluations as well as formal and informal folder reviews.  Evaluation of data and processes, procedures, and practices support LEAs in the continuous improvement process.
